The term Augmented Reality (AR) refers to the computer-assisted addition of virtual elements to reality. Our perception is supplemented in real time by texts, images, videos or three-dimensional animations, e.g. on the lenses of 3D glasses. It is thus possible, for example, to see a 3D model of a wash goods carrier next to a real wash goods carrier. Our areas of application:

Training and operation
To better explain our cleaning systems and sterilizers to our customers and service technicians, we rely on augmented reality. With the animation of resource flows it becomes quickly understandable where which medium flows through.
Augmented Reality brings many benefits to better understand our customized systems before they are even built. Not only we can be more efficient in the development but also our customers get to know early in the project how their cleaning system or sterilizer will look like later on.
Why wait until you can practice on a real system when you can do it in advance? All the better if you can not break anything and also do not disturb the business. With our augmented reality technology, we can show our customers important functions and activities, and all this comfortably without having to be at the plant.
Service and problem solving
In order to test as early as possible whether our systems will find a place at our customers, we use AR. We place the system virtually in the right place and can thus directly test whether it is easily accessible, whether there are collisions and whether there is enough space for the personnel.
Wouldn't it be helpful if the most important components in a system were labeled? Unfortunately, this is not always possible in reality, but with augmented reality this is not a problem. We can create mixed reality models of our plants to better explain them to our customers and service technicians. This way, it quickly becomes clear which sensor is located where and what other features the plant has.
Get to know the individual assemblies and components of our systems step by step. Fade components in and out again. This makes maintenance and service on the system super easy later on.
Before exchanging components on the real system, it is worth trying this out with our mixed reality technology. We build the virtual model of our cleaning systems and sterilizers and can thus train our customers and also our own service technicians so that maintenance and service can be carried out more quickly on the real system.
